Lovely stay for a special occasion made personal by the hotel by a personalised gift on arrival. The website room was lovely, modern, well kept and comfortable. It was a high floor with great views through the floor to ceiling windows. The lounge was great with a nice range of canapé especialmentes during certain times. The Turkish lady (Nevine?) who was looking after us in the lounge was brilliant, understood our dietary needs and approached us on entry to inform us of what food met our need. She even came to ask us if we wanted to change settings for a better view from the 23rd floor when it was available.

Came here for a wind down after a stag do as it was close to our hotel. Found the staff to be a bit over the top regarding me showing ID and after calling the manager we were finally allowed in. Had a few drinks and won a few quid so all was well in the end.
The club room gives you access too the club lounge for a few hours in the evening with complimentarily drinks and snacks available which was hosted by Nevin who is honestly a fantastic ambassador for your hotel providing great service . I also visited the hotel bar later in the evening and they make great cocktails. The breakfast was great provided in a beautiful surrounding with eggs cooked freshly . Vegetarian options are available too. And the breakfast staff really wanted you to enjoy your meal.
Food was poor and overpriced. The heat in the club was unbearable. Struggled to get any conversation from the staff. Would not recommend
It's a decent place to come and is full of eateries. Does get a bit to busy of a weekend. Overall it's a good place to bring your kids.
